TFG2005: the new chapter
So, it's 2005 already and we're about to bring on a brand new year. Hip and cool as you may put it, I've decided to go for a little bikeride on the 24th of June 2005. The task is to bikeride from my hometown of Trondheim to the capital of Norway, Oslo. The bikeride I'll do is part of a race named 'Styrkeprøven 2005'. The name translates to something like 'to test your strength' in english. On the trip we're by now, 3 members of our bikeriding club On.Wheelz.Biz. The brave souls are myself, Magnus Ulseth (meheeco) and Asbjørn Johansen. The goal is to finish the race within a limit of 30 hours and without any damage to heart, bones or soul.

To be able to go on such a trip you need to be prepared. This page will be my contribution back to all the people who have and hopefully will give me good advice along the road. First step for me will be to get back into shape after christmas 2004. That includes workouts, walks and running. In March I hope to be able to get my bike out of the basement and get ready to ride some again. But I'm getting way ahead of myself. Workouts first.

Program for the next three months:
Jan 2005: Walks, situps, fatburning bikerides on the bikes at the gym, running.
Feb 2005: Walks, situps, spinningclasses (bikeriding) at the gym, running, lifting some weight.
Mar 2005: Walks, situps, bikeriding (for real!), workouts at the gym.
